Delete your account

You can delete your Lokali account at any time, straight from the app.

In the app

1. Open Lokali and tap your photo at the top right.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted. If you're hosting plans that other people have joined, they're listed: those plans will be cancelled.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

You'll be signed out straight away. This can't be undone.

If you can't use the app, email hello@lokalimeets.com from any address with the phone number on your account, and we'll delete it for you. We reply within 2 working days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in details, including your phone number.
• Your profile: name, photo, email, about me, interests and languages.
• All your chat messages, your notification settings and home location, the people you've blocked, and the ratings you've given.
• You're removed from plans you joined. Upcoming plans you're hosting are deleted, or cancelled for everyone if other people have joined.

Past plans you hosted stay so other people's history makes sense, shown as hosted by "Deleted user". Reports about safety are kept for 12 months, as described in our Privacy Policy.
