How do I report or block someone?

• A person: open their profile (tap their photo) and tap Report or Block. You can also tap ⋯ next to them in a plan's list of who's going.
• A plan: open the plan, tap ⋯ at the top right, then Report plan.
• A chat message: press and hold the message, then choose Report message.

Reports are private: the other person isn't told. When you block someone, neither of you sees the other's plans or messages. You can unblock people in Profile, then Blocked users.

If someone is in danger, call 999.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap your photo at the top right, then Delete account. See step-by-step instructions, including what gets deleted.

My sign-in code isn't arriving

• Check the phone number, including the country code (+44 for the UK).
• Wait a minute: codes can take a little while to arrive.
• Make sure your phone has signal and can receive texts, and that texts from unknown senders aren't being filtered.
• Still nothing? Go back, enter your number again and request a new code.
• If it still doesn't work, email us at hello@lokalimeets.com with the phone number you're using.
